The grapes, previously destemmed, underwent a prefermentative maceration at low temperatures for 24 hours. The alcoholic fermentation was carried out in stainless steel vats with temperature control, not exceeding 27ºC, for 12 days. Six months of partial ageing in oak barrels.

Density of 3000 Plants/ha. Clay and shale soils.

Intense and opaque violet
From the best selection of Alicante Bouschet grapes, this wine partially aged for six months in oak barrels. Dense in colour, this is an intense, full-bodied wine that offers a unique Alentejo wine experience. With exuberant notes of wild fruits and spices, this wine combines perfectly with food and has an excellent ageing capacity.
